WHY conduct Air & Surface Quality testing in the event of fire or water damage?
Unsafe contamination is always a concern after water has permeated a space. Industry standards require this testing on every job in order to know the full extent of airborne and surface hazards as well as to provide a safe environment for occupants and employees.
WHO benefits from testing when a fire or water damage requires remediation?
YOU – the homeowner. You will have scientific data that proves that your restoration contractor not only needed to do the work they did, but also that they completed the job correctly.
WHEN does Air & Surface Quality testing happen?
Integrity conducts a test at the beginning of the project to determine the full scope. As the job nears completion, Integrity does a post-test to ensure that the affected areas have been cleaned properly.
WHERE does the testing take place?
Our technician begins taking samples in the obviously affected area(s). Then they conduct air readings in every room. Our digital technology is non-invasive and provides instant results so the All Pro team can move forward quickly with all the information they need.
