I’ve used Integrity Environmental testing for multiple projects where their advanced testing technology and methodologies were used and incredibly helpful. [O]ther testing companies have not been willing to make the financial investment in the newer technology (old cassette pump system $700. vs digital optics Instrument $40K). When that happens, restoration companies and clients alike suffer based on not having a full and complete idea of space affected. I stand by their reporting and support documentation of which explains WHY this testing should be done, referencing the IICRC handbook and OSHA guidelines that would benefit any customer as well as satisfy any insurance company/TPA documentation requirements.

The technology is very sound and worked in the detection of potential issue.  I personally used it on several projects as well as testing locations. I found it to be easy to use and quick to determine the potential concern.

Having Integrity Air Quality come to a mold job is not only beneficial for us the restoration company but also for the customer and insurance companies. The results for air samples only takes minutes. Instead of waiting up to a week for a lab to get the results back to us. This not only saves us time but it is efficient for all parties involved. I highly recommend Integrity Air Quality to hurry your process on your mold testing!

Frank at Integrity AQ was phenomenal at responding to an urgent testing need my company had (we do Mold Remediation). He did a great job at explaining the process and letting me see in real time what the results of the mold testing were. I had the report in my eMail box before we left the property and was able to deliver it to my client that same night.
